App update issue: "Update available" message

If you're seeing the "Update available" message, but clicking "Update now" doesn't resolve the issue, follow these steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the app​

  1. Find the Rootpk app on your phone.
  2. Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears.
  3. Select the option to uninstall or delete the app.

Step 2: Download and install the app again​

  1. Open your web browser and visit the introduction guide.
  2. Follow the provided instructions to download and install the app.

The issue should now be resolved, and you should no longer see the "Update available" message. If you encounter any further problems, please contact us.
